PGGA’s devoted team of staff works along with the volunteers day and night to ensure that there is no stone left unturned to fulfill the mission of the Guiding.

They work closely with the Office Bearers and Executive Committee to implement decisions taken at Committee meetings, and to improve the quality of Guiding in the country. They provide services to, and a link between, branches of PGGA and are responsible for the overall management of all activities of Guiding in the country. Trained Employees Perform Better- Pakistan Girl Guides Association provides national and international opportunities to its staff to build their capacities and serve the organization according to their best abilities.
