Join As Young Leaders
Youth participation is necessary to fulfill the mission of Pakistan Girl Guides Association. It is necessary to continue giving the young women the responsibilities within the Association when they pass the Guide age, by giving them leadership responsibilities, and responsibilities within the structure of the Association.
Young Leaders Committees
There are committees of Young Leaders at the National and Provincial level.
- It is a way of recognizing them and having a confidence in their potential.
- It gives credibility to the Association as an organization representing young people. It is necessary to open up for participation of young members in our organizational structures in order to contribute to their development towards responsible citizenship.
- Including young women in decision making will ensure that the needs of young people are better communicated to the Association and considers when developing the program and activities of the Association.
