16 Days of Activism against Gender Based Violence
Pakistan Girl Guides Association AJK organized a rally to highlight the issue of violence against girls in collaboration with Social Welfare Department, UN Women, Pakistan Red Crescent and Kashmir Cell. Guides also attended a seminar on stop the violence. Senior Guide of AJK Chapter Momna Sarfaraz presented a painting regarding STV to Ms. Noreen Arif, Minister of Social Welfare.

Hike & Cookout, AJK
Pakistan Girl Guides Association AJK organized Hike and Cookout for Senior Guides of Fatimah Jinnah Post Graduate College, Muzaffarabad. The theme of the program was to stay fit and healthy and have fun in outdoors. 50 Senior Guides participated.

Free Being Me, AJK
Pakistan Girl Guides Association organized “Free Being Me” activities for Junior Guides and Girl Guides on 9th December, 2016 at Asria Public School. 30 Junior Guides and 40 Girl Guides attended. After sharing with 3 peers each, Guide earned free being me badge.

Defense Day Celebrations, Baluchistan 
Pakistan Girl Guide Association Baluchistan participated in the celebrations of Defense Day “Pay Homage to the Shuhada of Pakistan” organized by Army Headquarters at Askri Park Quetta on 6th September, 2016.

Canvas Camp, Baluchistan
Pakistan Girl Guides Association Baluchistan organized 4 Days Camp at Guide House, Quetta from 26th to 29th September, 2016.  50 Guides from 8 schools of Quetta participated. Innovation was the theme of the camp.

Guiding in Special Schools
Pakistan Girl Guides Association Baluchistan is taking different initiatives to increase the Guide membership in Baluchistan. In this regard Mrs. Ishrat Alliani, Provincial Commissioner along with staff visited the special school on 17th October, 2016. They briefed the school administration about Guiding and its ways of work.

International Day of the Girl, Baluchistan
Pakistan Girl Guides Association Baluchistan celebrated International Day of the Girl with 200 students of schools and colleges at Guide House Quetta. Leaders discussed the importance of the day and introduced new global goals for sustainable development.

Seminar regarding STV
Gender & Empowerment Organization (GEO) organized a seminar regarding violence against women at District Council Hall, Jaffarabad on 17th November, 2016.

International Volunteer Day
Pakistan Girl Guides Association Baluchistan celebrated International volunteer day in collaboration with UNDP, Pakistan Boy Scouts Association, Quetta online and Youth Affair department Baluchistan on 5th December, 2016.

Youth forum, Baluchistan
Pakistan Girl Guides Association Baluchistan took the initiative to induct new young leaders and organized 3 Days youth forum from 8th to 10th December, 2016 at Guide House Quetta. 40 Students of Islamia College for women and Physical Education College participated.

Polio Campaign, Turbat
Pakistan Girl Guides Association Baluchistan ran an awareness campaign regarding Polio in Turbat on 30th September, 2016. 150 Guides participated.

Canvas Camp, Sibi
Pakistan Girl Guides Association Baluchistan organized 4 days canvas camp at Sibi. 150 Guides from different schools of Sibi participated. The theme of camp was innovation and creativity.

Visit of F.G Girls High School Danyore, Gilgit
Mrs. Bilqees Baig, Chapter Commissioner and Trainers of Pakistan Girl Guides Association Gilgit Baltistan visited Federal Government Girls High School Danyore, Gilgit on 7th December, 2016.

First Aid Training for Senior Guides
Pakistan Girl Guides Association GB organized First Aid training for Senior Guides at Fatima Jinnah Girls Degree College Gilgit in collaboration with Pakistan Red Crescent Society from 6th to 7th December, 2016. Awareness about First Aid and Quick response on emergency were the main topics of the training.

Basic Training for Guiders

Pakistan Girl Guides Association ICT organized a five days Basic Training at Al-Farabi Institute of Special Education and training Centre, Islamabad from 19th to 23rd September, 2016.
